John held many roles with Broadridge, including regional strategy head. John is across a wide array of financial services technologies including: proxy voting, payments, investor communication and developments in blockchain technology. John is also the co-founder for the Emerging Payments Association Asia and Founder of PayEd – Education in Payments

Jan McGrath’s extensive experience in financial services, particularly in global payment systems and leading EMV implementations for Mastercard, positions her as an asset in shaping the future of the payments industry. Her strategic vision, coupled with practical execution experience, enables her to contribute significantly to building a resilient and customer-centric financial ecosystem. With her background in major financial (ANZ & HSBC Hong Kong) and fintech organisations (Novatti, Black Book), she is well-equipped to lead, mentor and advise in the ever-evolving landscape of digital payments. Jan’s journey reflects a blend of practical expertise, academic knowledge, and a relentless pursuit of innovation. Her impact spans continents, and her ability to adapt to change positions her as a true industry leader.

Craig’s extensive experience in the financial sector is marked by his significant contributions to technology and business delivery. His expertise in launching Visa’s payWave (Aus, Singapore) and developing Bpay, along with his pivotal role in EMV chip card rollouts across Asia, showcases his ability to lead strategic technology initiatives. Craig’s commitment to growth, problem-solving, and team building, underpinned by his strong business and financial acumen, makes him a key figure in driving innovation and excellence in the payments industry.

Sharon Ferdinands is a payments systems expert whose experience combines business domain and technology expertise within a career spanning over 40 years that includes executive roles with fintech startups and major global organisation. Sharon held a senior leadership position at Novatti and was responsible for the Payment Operations in Australia and New Zealand, for Visa Issuing, Scheme Acquiring, Cross Border and StableCoin Settlement and day to day operations.
Sharon has also held senior leadership positions within Visa based in Singapore covering Payment Solution Architect, Enterprise Business Solutions (Global), Regional Member Services (Asia Pacific) and Member Services (Australia and New Zealand). Sharon’s responsibilities covered payment systems strategy and planning for authorization, clearing and settlement, disputes processing, risk and billing solutions. She has extensive and deep practical payment operations knowledge and skills
